Lin has an extreme, borderline irration dislike of wizards, which he attributes to an incident where he was hired to help during an intervention of one, via their friends and family, who thought said wizard had a hoarding problem. After being subjected to days of arguments why certain items simply could not be thrown out/sold/given away, it's very little surprise that he finds them, at the very least, extremely annoying.
